Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pineapple X (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Service you confirm you are 18 or older. We may require age or real-person verification at any time. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be terminated and data deleted.

Pineapple X is a private social networking platform for consenting adults interested in the lifestyle (ethical non-monogamy / swinging communities). Features include profiles, posts, messaging, location/travel discovery, and event listings.

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• One account per person.
• We may require real-person verification (live selfie + face matching to profile photos) to confirm profiles belong to real individuals. No government ID is required for standard verification.

Pineapple X is built on consent, respect, and discretion. You agree not to:

• Post hardcore pornography, explicit sexual acts, or genital-focused content in the mobile app.
• Upload any content involving anyone under 18.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, doxx, or non-consensually share private information.
• Solicit, advertise, or facilitate prostitution, paid sexual services, or any illegal activity.
• Create fake, catfish, or impersonation profiles.
• Bypass content filters, age gates, or verification systems.
• Use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial activity.

Content Rules

• Tasteful and suggestive lifestyle content is permitted.
• Explicit / NSFW content is permanently blurred in the iOS/mobile app and cannot be unblurred there.
• Explicit content may only be viewed unblurred on the web version after the user actively enables the "Show Explicit Content" setting.
• We use automated scanning and human moderation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules or Apple's App Store Guidelines at our sole discretion.

Required Safety Tools (Apple Requirement)

The Service includes:

• Mechanisms to report offensive content
• Ability to block users
• Published contact information for support

All interactions must be based on clear, ongoing, mutual consent. Non-consensual behavior may result in immediate termination. You are solely responsible for offline interactions.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or harm to the community. You may delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of user information or the outcome of any connections or events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pineapple X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
