We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:

Purpose: Create and secure your account

Profile & Content

Examples: Bio, photos, posts, lifestyle preferences

Purpose: Provide matching, discovery, and social features

Verification Data

Examples: Live selfie / short video for face matching and liveness

Purpose: Confirm you are a real person and help prevent fake profiles (not stored longer than needed)

Usage & Technical

Examples: IP address, device info, approximate location (when enabled)

Purpose: Security, fraud prevention, improve the Service

Communications

Examples: Messages, support tickets

Purpose: Deliver messaging and customer support

3.Consent

By creating an account and using the Service you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions) by contacting us or deleting your account. Some features may become unavailable if consent is withdrawn.

We collect only what is necessary for the identified purposes. We do not require government-issued ID for standard real-person verification.

We use information only for the purposes stated above.
We do not sell personal information.
We share limited data only with service providers (hosting, moderation tools, verification providers) under contracts requiring them to protect the data.

We retain information only as long as needed for the Service or legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

6.Explicit / NSFW Content Handling

Explicit content is classified using automated tools. In the mobile app it remains blurred. On the website it is hidden until you enable the setting. This supports compliance with Apple's user-generated content rules.

7.Accuracy

We rely on you to keep your profile information accurate. You may update or correct it at any time in your account settings.

8.Safeguards

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information (encryption in transit, access controls, etc.). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9.Openness

This Policy is available in the app and on our website. We will notify users of material changes.

10.Individual Access

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. Contact us at the email above. We will respond within the timeframes required by PIPEDA.

11.Challenging Compliance

If you believe we have not complied with this Policy or PIPEDA, contact us. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

12.Cross-Border Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Canada. We use contractual measures to protect the information to a standard comparable to PIPEDA.

13.Children's Privacy

The Service is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover such an account, we will delete it promptly.

14.Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last Updated" date will be revised and material changes will be communicated.
